How do I start an order with Loveland Graphix?
Just stop into the store or send us your design to lovelandgraphix@gmail.com. We can see what is needed in order to print or embroider your custom design and quote you the best possible price.
What are the best files types for screenprinting?
We are looking for vector artwork if possible. Those files will be a .eps (Encapsulated Postscript), .ai (Adobe illustrator), or a .cdr (Corel Draw). Other files types are bit-map files and may not be usable. (.jpeg, .gif, .png, .psd). Please send your design to lovelandgraphix@gmail.com for our option on how to proceed.
Can you clean up my bad artwork file type?
Yes we can!! $30.00 fee for most designs. For the more complicated designs please contact us for a quote.
What is the lead time for my order?
A. Screen Printing, Direct to Garment, Banners, and Heat pressed items 7-10 Business days once the design is approved. B. Embroidery 10-14 business days (X-mas season cut off date is December 5th.)
Are there any setup fees for screenprinting?
Yes, There are screen charges that apply to any new screen printing order:
$20.00 fee per color for 1-5 pieces.
$15.00 per color 6+ pieces
Once over 72 pieces screen fees drop to $8.00 per screen used.

EMBROIDERY QUESTIONS
What type of a file do I need for embroidery?
The sewing machine requires that the design be in a .dst file type in order to sew the design.
Can Loveland Graphix provide a .dst file type?
Yes! For a 1 time charge of $35.00 we can make your design into a .dst file type. Once your design is digitized, it will sew the exact same way everytime! Your can change the colors used in the design but not the size.
Can you embroider on Carhartt jackets?
Yes! Embroidery charges are doubled for the heaver material in the jacket.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No there are no minimums in embroidery.
Can I bring in my own items to be embroidered?
Yes, you bring in your own or we can you find what you are looking for!
